CRD Policies
Colorado River Discovery, LLC provides its services according to the following terms and conditions, to which all participants by virture of participating in a Colorado River Discovery, LLC provided activity agree.

Colorado River Discovery, LLC will provide a full refund minus a $7 per person processing fee for cancellations that meet the following criteria. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the trip's scheduled departure. For example, if the trip is scheduled to depart at 1:00 p.m. on August 4th, to receive a refund the cancellation must be made by 1:00 p.m. on August 2nd. Cancellations made within the 48 hour cancellation window and no-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Colorado River Discovery, LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip due to dangerous or unsafe river or weather conditions, or due to unexpected operations of Glen Canyon Dam. Should any trip be cancelled in the interest of public safety, Colorado River Discovery, LLC will provide a full refund.

Trips require a minimum of six full-fare passengers to launch. If the minimum passenger load is not achieved, the trip will be cancelled. All previously booked guests will receive a full refund, and will have the opportunity to book on another day. (Minimum passenger load issues usually occur only on early spring and late fall trips.) Smoking, the consumption of alcoholic beverages and the carrying of firearms or other weapons are not permitted on Colorado River Discovery, LLC provided river trips or activities. All Colorado River Discovery, LLC guests agree to follow and abide by all reasonable safety instructions issued by Colorado River Discovery, LLC personnel. All Colorado River Discovery, LLC guests agree to follow and abide by all applicable National Park Service and Bureau of Reclamation safety and security regulations.

Although Colorado River Discovery, LLC has taken reasonable steps to provide appropriate equipment and skilled personnel so that its guests can enjoy an activity in which they may not be skilled or accustomed, Colorado River Discovery, LLC advises that this activity is not without risk. Risk is part of all water and boating activities and vehicle travel and those risks cannot be eliminated. Certain risks inherent in this activity can be the cause of loss or damage to personal property, or accidental injury, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death.

These risks include, but are not limited to, sunburn, heat exposure, cold water, accidents or slips or falls while getting on and off the boats, sprained or twisted joints, bruises and broken bones. Accidental drowning is also a possibility. Colorado River Discovery, LLC staff is available to more fully explain the nature and physical demands of this activity and its inherent risks, dangers and hazards. By accepting these terms and conditions, all Colorado River Discovery, LLC guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and are fully aware that these and other risks, dangers and hazards are an inherent part of this activity that they are voluntarily undertaking. Each Colorado River Discovery, LLC river trip participant certifies and commits that they are fully capable of participating in this activity and assumes full responsibility for themselves and their minor children or minor children entrusted to their care.

Colorado River Discovery, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any passenger disrupting the experience of other Colorado River Discovery, LLC guests will be removed or separated. Colorado River Discovery, LLC will cooperate fully with National Park Service law enforcement personnel as needed to ensure public safety.

All participants hereby agree to these terms and conditions and further agree that any and all disputes or claims arising from services provided by Colorado River Discovery, LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration taking place in Page, Arizona or another mutually agreed to location. This agreement is executed and delivered within the State of Arizona and shall at all times be construed under the laws of the State of Arizona.

Half-Day Standard Trips March 1 - April 30
One daily raft departure at 11 a.m.
Trips return to Page, AZ by 4:30 p.m.

Adults $78 plus $6 river use fee
Children 4 - 11 $68 plus $6 river use fee

Meet at our Page headquarters at 10:30 a.m.

May 1 - September 30
Two daily raft departures
at 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Trips return to Page by 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
